Here on the Sunny Coast were lucky to have some of the brightest, juicy and sweet strawberries available. They’re an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium.

Strawberry Sorbet ~ It’s simple and delicious
Prep 5 mins + freezing | Serves 8
1kg Strawberries, hulled, quartered
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbs Eumundi Farm Fresh pure honey
1. Arrange strawberries on 2 large baking trays. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen .
2. Place frozen strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in a food processor and process until smooth.
3. Serve immediately or transfer to a 1L capacity freezer safe container. Cover and freeze for up to 1 month.
Stand for 10 minutes before serving.
