Simple and Tasty Dips made from Eumundi Farm Fresh Produce

This week its dips with the warmer weather it’s perfect weather for a trip to the beach or even a picnic these dips can be made in a matter of minutes.
Green Goodness
Ingredients
Avocado
Mixed Herbs
Yoghurt
Lemon Juice
Garlic
Olive Oil
Place an avocado, 1 cup mixed herbs( parsley, mint, coriander and basil), add half a cup of yoghurt, juice from one lemon, 1 clove of garlic and 2 tbs of virgin olive oil blitz in a blender or thermomix and blend for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water add salt and pepper and blend for a further 30seconds.
Herb and Garlic Creamy Dip
Ingredients
Garlic
Shallots
Yoghurt
Cream Cheese
Parsley
Place a clove of garlic in blender blitz for 30 seconds. Next add two shallots and and add 6 sprigs of fresh parsley blitz again for 30 seconds. Final step is to add 250g of cream cheese and a couple of spoons of yoghurt blitz for a further 30seconds and enjoy. It’s perfect with carrot sticks .. yummy
