Delicious Green Smoothie ~ Made from Eumundi Farm Fresh Produce

Good afternoon to all our Eumundi Farm Fresh Followers 🧑🏻‍🌾

Every week I upload new and fresh ideas to make with your Eumundi Farm Fresh Produce Boxes and today it’s Green Smoothies one of my all time favourites.

As a Mum to three beautiful kids I’m always busy and on the go and Green Smoothies is a quick way for me to have something nutritious and easy that I can drink have while doing school drop offs and my day to day busy schedule.

Its super easy and can be made from your ingredients found in your Eumundi Farm Fresh Produce Box.

Ingredients

✅ 1 cup Frozen Eumundi Farm Fresh Bananas ( available as an optional extra) , Berries whether it be Strawberries or Blueberries

✅ 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Greens ~ Spinach/ Kale for example

✅ 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt

✅ 1/2 cup Coconut Water ( available in our Gym Junkie Box)

✅ 1/2 tablespoon seeds Flax or Chia seed works perfectly

Frozen Fruit ~ I love using Frozen Fruit in my smoothies instead of ice as it gives me a smoothie and creamier smoothie. I recommend using bananas, berries, pineapple or mangoes. For a single serving I try and use 1 cup of frozen fruit.

Eumundi Farm Fresh now sells Frozen Bananas they are perfect for Smoothies and are available as an optional extra on all orders.

Greens ~ Every Green Smoothie contains yummy greens whether it’s spinach, kale or , Micro greens any kind of greens will work.

I take all our left over greens and freeze in zippy bags so not to waste any produce and it’s an awesome way to make the most of your Eumundi Farm Fresh Premium Produce Box.

I try and add at least a cup of greens to the smoothie.

Next place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. I recommend adding 1/2 a cup of Coconut Water and going up from there depending on how thick you like your Smoothies.
The Frozen Bananas is my favorite frozen fruit to add as its sweet and is a great alternative to ice.

Next pour into a large cup and voila it’s breakfast on the go ......  Enjoy 😎
